Students and employees are often targeted by phishing emails, which try to trick you in to clicking on links and entering in your passwords. Do not click on these links, and in fact avoid clicking on links in emails unless you know they are legitimate. If you receive a suspicious email through your WSU email account, forward it to email@example.com as they will investigate the email and, if necessary, block bad links in those emails. You can also call our helpdesk at (360) 546-9770 or forward the email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we think it is legitimate.
